Phase 3 – Brokerage: RWA & Lending via G-Series

Use G-Series as the user-facing interface, while routing liquidity through USD collateral.

In Phase 3, WANNA evolves into a non-custodial brokerage layer that connects users to major RWA and lending protocols, abstracting complexity behind a G-Series-centric UX.

Core Concept: Liquidity Abstraction

  • UX: Users experience investing and borrowing in G-Series units (e.g., GKRW).

  • Backend: Smart contracts route liquidity into GUSD, USD stablecoins, and RWA tokens.

  • The protocol manages FX, collateralization, and routing logic in a trustless, on-chain manner.


1. Phase Objective

Primary Objective

Transform G-Series into a front-end interface for RWA and lending by:

  • Integrating major RWA platforms and lending protocols into a unified on-chain interface.

  • Enabling G-Series to be used as collateral and settlement assets across these venues.

Key Principles

  • G-Series-First UX Balances, positions, and PnL are displayed in local currency terms (e.g., GKRW, GJPY).

  • Non-Custodial Routing Users retain ownership/control via smart contracts WANNA does not act as a centralized custodian of assets.

  • Brokerage, Not a Monolithic App WANNA acts as an aggregation and routing infrastructure, connecting users to best-in-class external protocols rather than trying to replace them.


2. Scope of Phase 3

2.1 In Scope

  • On-Chain Brokerage Layer A smart routing system that connects to selected RWA and lending markets.

  • G-Series-Based UX Abstraction

    • Frontend: Users deposit and view positions in GKRW or other G-Series assets.

    • Backend: Automates the conversion path G-Series → GUSD → USD stablecoins → RWA / Lending positions.

  • Collateral & Margin Framework Logic for using G-Series as collateral to borrow other assets (e.g., for leverage or credit), including LTV thresholds and health checks.

  • Unified Position Reporting An aggregated on-chain view of all positions, exposures, and balances, expressed in G-Series terms.

2.2 Out of Scope

  • Perpetual DEX / derivatives integrations (reserved for Phase 4).

  • Account abstraction / social login wallets (reserved for Phase 4).

  • Dedicated mainnet and payment stack (reserved for the Strategic Horizon stage, outside the initial four-phase roadmap).


3. Core Components Delivered in Phase 3

  • Brokerage Router Smart contracts handling deposit and withdrawal routing for specific external RWA and lending protocols.

  • G-Series Collateral Engine Logic to evaluate G-Series value in USD terms (with haircuts) for lending and health-factor calculations.

  • Margin & Liquidation Logic Rules for maintaining healthy collateralization when using G-Series as collateral, including liquidation triggers and penalty logic.

  • Unified Portfolio Layer An accounting engine that computes net account value (NAV) and risk metrics across distributed positions.

  • Whitelisting Framework Criteria for selecting secure and compliant RWA / lending partners and protocols.


4. User & Partner Journeys in Phase 3

4.1 End User: Invest in RWA via G-Series

  • Goal: Invest in U.S. Treasury–style RWAs using GKRW.

  • Flow: User sends GKRW → Protocol converts to GUSD / USD stablecoins → Enters RWA pool. Depending on the RWA structure, users receive:

    • the RWA token directly

    • a claim token representing the position

  • Result: Users access global yields without managing FX, routing, or RWA plumbing themselves.


4.2 Power User: G-Series as Collateral

  • Goal: Borrow against G-Series collateral to access global liquidity.

  • Flow: Deposit GKRW into WANNA vault → Routed to lending venue → Borrow USDT / GUSD / other supported assets.

  • Result: Users can leverage local-currency-denominated assets to access broader on-chain liquidity.


4.3 Partners (Integrators)

  • Action: Integrate WANNA’s brokerage router to offer “RWA Investment” and “Borrow against G-Series” features in their own apps.

  • Benefit: Partners focus on UX, branding, and distribution, while WANNA handles cross-chain routing, FX, collateral management, and settlement infrastructure.


5. Risk and Compliance Framework

Phase 3 introduces external protocol risk, requiring more granular controls.

  • Smart Contract Risk Management Only audited and battle-tested protocols are whitelisted as RWA/lending venues.

  • Protocol vs. Front-End Controls

    • Protocol: Enforces on-chain solvency, collateralization, and routing rules.

    • Front-End / Issuers: Handle KYC/AML and investor eligibility for specific RWA products as required by regulation.

  • Stress-Scenario Limits Emergency parameters and pause mechanisms are defined in case external protocols de-peg, halt withdrawals, or face severe stress.

  • Legal Alignment The infrastructure supports jurisdiction-based restrictions, access controls, and product gating required by RWA issuers and regulators.


6. Success Criteria

Phase 3 is considered successful if:

  • Stable Operations Routing and settlement occur without systemic loss or persistent failures.

  • Meaningful AUM A significant portion of G-Series supply flows into RWA and lending products via the brokerage router.

  • Preferred Interface Users and partners prefer WANNA’s G-Series interface over manual swapping and direct protocol interactions.

  • Transparency All routed positions and exposures are verifiable on-chain, with clear reporting of AUM and risk metrics.


7. Transition to Phase 4

Phase 3 sets the stage for Phase 4 – Multi-Chain & Derivatives.

Preconditions:

  • A proven brokerage router with a stable risk track record.

  • Sufficient AUM and partner demand to justify expanding into:

    • perpetual DEX integrations

    • deeper UX abstraction (account abstraction, email/social login wallets)
